This indoor and climate-controlled storage facility was completed in partnership with Stackhouse Development, LLC. It has 33,500 square foot building footprint and is located just off 15/501 on the West side of Durham, NC.

The project featured footings, one slab-on-grade, over 400 feet of cast-in-place foundation and elevator pit walls, two slabs-on-metal deck and some concrete paving. Aggregate Group's success on this project is directly attributed to their long-term and highly skilled crew members as well as their trade partners.
